Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. 

Some items do carry a manufactures warranty, if you have an issue with an item past the 30 day return, please contact me to find out how to proceed with a warranty claim if one does exist.

Must have invoice for all returns and warranty inquiries.
